She is a Certified Sports Nutritional Consultant, Nationally Certified Nutritional Consultant, CNC and a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, AANC. Her focus is primarily on the nutritional aspect of healthy living and wellness. Skip, a former health and physical educator, concentrates his efforts more on the fitness area of a healthy lifestyle.

Together they blend their ideas regarding nutrition and exercise into a practical recipe for enjoying a healthy and happy life.
